Hello friends, today I will tell you how you can display the forms you have created on Microsoft Forms on your pages on SharePoint Online.

In fact, this process is very easy with the new modern design of SharePoint online.

First, we go to https://forms.office.com/ and create a form that suits our needs.

I have prepared a satisfaction survey as seen above and I want to publish it on my SharePoint page.

After creating our form, we press the “Collect responses” button on the top right. After making who will view the popup and other settings, we copy our form address with the “Copy link” button at the top right of the popup.

Then, we come to your SharePoint online modern page and click on the “+” button in the middle of the page to open a web part addition popup. Here, we search for our plugin by typing “Microsoft Forms” in the search field and click on it to add it to our page.

We click on the “Add existing form” button on the web part that comes to the page. A full-size popup will open on the right, and we paste the address of the form you copied into the “Form web address” field there and complete the process with the “OK” button.

After these procedures, our form comes to my page without any problems and is ready for use as a form belonging to the page, as you see above.

If your site is not a modern site and is an old type, that is, a classic site type, there is a method for this. First, we come back to our form.

When we click on the “Collect responses” button on our form, we click on the embedded icon located just below the link we copied in the popup that opens again and copy the embedded code it gives us by clicking on the “Copy” button.

We go to the page we want to add on our SharePoint online classic site, edit it and click on the “Web Part” option in the “INSERT” tab on the top ribbon. Here, in the list that opens just below, in the “Categories” section, we select the “Script Editor” option under the “Media and Content” section and add the script editor to our page with the “Add” button.

In the “Script Editor” web part that comes to the page, we click on the “EDIT SNIPPET” option on the right and paste the iframe code we copied into this field with the popup that opens. Here you can optionally change the heights and widths. Then we add this code to our page with the “Insert” button.

As you can see above, the form I created on Microsoft Forms arrived on my page without any problems.
